We are moving (to France!) and so today’s episode is a replay of a very early episode, that some of you may have not yet listened to! I see chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation a lot in our community - so I really encourage you to listen to this episode because healing is more than nutrition and supplements. There are two key factors that cause further inflammation in our bodies when it comes to our lifestyle.
