I've been reading Tarot for 40 years. For at least 15 of those, I used one particular deck -- easy for "rookies" to understand during readings and at psychic fairs. New decks that came along were lovely to look at, but didn't call me -- and then I walked into "the little metaphysical shop" in York PA" referred to in Erik C. Dunne's biography. There was the Tarot Illuminati -- lush, nuanced, and breathtakingly beautiful. And That, as they sat, Was That.
