Welcome to The Oaks Community Church Sunday morning worship service. Today Pastor Calvin Guillory Jr is preaching on Luke 9:28-36, “The Transfiguration,” as we continue our study of the Gospel of Luke. “And while He was praying, the appearance of His face became different and His clothing became white and gleaming” (Luke 9:29). This event in the life of Jesus not only teaches us about Jesus and the Kingdom of God, but as we will see, it teaches us a lot about ourselves. Are we ready for the return of Jesus?
