Synopsis

This one is pure vinyasa flow. We will begin with very simple movements linking breath, core, and movement and slowly build a flow that moves through sun salutations, high lunge pulses, standing poses, a blanket surprise, arm balance and backbends. We will end with some simple pranayama and rest.
