How balanced are you in your foundation? This live class will help you learn to distribute your weight and effectively use shifts of weight in a variety of poses from simple to complex. We'll begin on the ground and work our way up through flow, standing poses, standing balances, and inversions. This process of working with the balance of your foundation will also help you balance, centre, and ground your mind. You will need a strap and a yoga brick.
