Prior to SPE, Adela worked with technology-focused consulting firms and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Adela is deeply passionate about helping women and underrepresented communities thrive and has been supporting and leading numerous DEI programs over the last decade. (She was Co-President of Sony Pictures’ Women In Technology EBRG from 2018-2021, and founded the Caregivers EBRG for Sony Pictures in 2020).
