Intimacy is a huge part of a relationship and if you have been listening here for a little while, you know we are big on both emotional intimacy through communication as well as physical intimacy. For many partners too, if emotional intimacy is missing it’s hard to want to be physically intimate let alone be able to explore and expand this area. We are always learning and open to expand any of our own limits and boundaries in our own relationship From society you probably think of sex mostly as penetration, or from the purely sexual dynamic. But that’s often rushed without the consideration of the other styles of intimacy. When the energetics aren’t there often the sex isn’t that satisfying.
