Special guests will be Claude A. Robinson, Jr., Executive Vice President of External Affairs and Diversity at UCAC in Chicago, Illinois; Henry L. Foster, Chief of Staff for Council President pro Tem Monica Montgomery Steppe, City of San Diego, City Council District Four; and Troy Bell, City Manager for the City of Muskegon Heights, Michigan.
