At a poetry open mic event in a beautiful coffee shop in downtown Atlanta I heard the remarkable Candace D. Henry reading her own work. With a passion for writing since childhood, Candace now lives her dream as an author, writing about expression, illumination, motivation, awareness and change. As an empathic writer who explores the highs and lows of human relationships and interactions through poetry, fiction, and nonfiction outlets.
