Message by Pastor Paul Earle. In the book of Psalms, chapter 9, David had an "I Will" attitude. David chose, in spite of his circumstances, that he was going to praise God. David didn't look to the loss, setbacks or failures as excuses to give up and not push forward. In spite of so many things in his life he chose to put that all aside and praise God for the victory that was on it's way.
