Overview – Being Born Again Is Awesome. 1 John 4:12-21. In this message John really brings home the idea of being born again, and so, that is the reason I named the sermon the way I did. And, not only did he bring up this idea, but he also gives us some of the characteristics of a person that is born again. I am born again myself, and my desire is that everyone in the world would come to be born again also, but what does being born again mean, or what does the Bible say it means to be born again. And how does someone know if they are born again, or if they are not born again. And lastly how does a person who is not born again, come to be born again. This born again idea that John addresses is very important, considering Jesus Christ Himself says in the Gospel of John, chapter 3 verse 3 “unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”. So nobody is going to get to stay in Heaven forever unless they are born again. So if you care about where you spend your eternity, come take a listen to
