Ron'supdate Podcast

I am restarting the podcast finally. I think over a year is long enough for a layoff. As usual this podcast is unscripted so I am mostly rambling on again. I ran a couple of short trail races in the last few months and I just got back from Disney World where I ran the Wine & Dine 5K.  A little training update and that is about it for this episode.
