Steve is in Evanston, Illinois, for Penn State hoops as they take on Northwestern in the newly remodeled Welch-Ryan Arena.  That leads us into a discussion of Big Ten Conference venues…which ones are the perfect size and others that should be smaller for the best crowd experience.
