Today we talk about Small Groups. Should they be Homogenous or Multi-Generational? There are varying schools of thought when it comes to small groups in church and whether or not they're better served as homogenous groups of people in similar life stages or whether it's better for everyone to be part of multi-generational groups. We'll discuss which one you find to be better and why you believe that to be the case.
