Can we really battle worry and anxiety by shifting our focus and thoughts on him and ignoring worry as it swirls around us?  Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Make your focus today on Jesus and His purpose and plan for your life... not worries and fears.
