Ellen Westbrook is the SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER at the NC Works Career Center in Asheville, NC.  She has been in the employment & training field for over 20 years and a key focus of her role is to work with job seekers to prepare for new employment opportunities. Prior to joining the NC Works Career Center she was Coordinator of the Mountain Area Joblink for 13 years. She has a Master’s in Education from Virginia Tech.
