Evil has been defined Biblically as anything that harms another, but is also the lack of goodness, and can be quite broad in definition. God was not created in the world, but instead God created the world. When a human rejects God's Nature it creates a void of potential evil. The absence of love is the beginning of evil. Although murder is an evil action, it is first birthed within the heart.
