One of the best parts of the Holiday Season is the giving and receiving of gifts. Today, on Christmas, we wanted to dedicate a podcast to gifts that you can give yourself. We aren't talking about material things... Even though I did buy a pen for myself... we are talking about things that can build your self esteem and the way you see yourself.
