In this Episode my guest and I debate and banter over which side of Madison, WI is the better side.  We talk Real Estate numbers a little bit, but mostly talk hot spots and neighborhoods and why some think living on the eastside is better and why some might think the westside is better.  If you don't know I live on the westside so I fight for the west, my guest is an eastsider so you can guess where his allegiance lies.
