My guest today is Max Schintlmeister, an experienced airport manager who is now supporting regional airports as a consultant. Max shared his views on the future of regional airports in the “post-apocalyptic” aviation world significantly damaged by the pandemic. He explained why the airports need to reconsider their major roles within their regions and how they can develop new business ideas.
