Dilip began his career at Goldman Sachs and joined Credit Suisse during the downturn of 2008, where he specialized in advising and financing companies across various industries. His deal experience covers the full spectrum across M&A, Leveraged Finance (LBO’s), Debt Underwriting, and Capital Raising (Debt & Equity), as well as High Yield and Distressed Debt. During his time at both firms, Dilip was actively involved with culture-focused initiatives and helped spearhead programs at Credit Suisse aimed at improving employee engagement and enhancing the firm’s corporate social responsibility footprint.
