Do you ever hear the critical voice inside your head saying things like..... "Eating healthy is hard" "I'm not an exercise person" "I gain weight just by looking at food" "I'm not a good at taking care of my health" "Eating healthy is just too expensive" And maybe you've wondered, "where did these thoughts come from"? It's estimated that 90% of the thoughts we think are not even our own. Interesting huh? Through different experiences in our lives, we essentially become "programmed" to view our health and our bodies according to the environment around us.  Over time this "programming" creates an IDENTITY -  a way of seeing ourselves that may or may not  be helping us successful create the health we want.  But just as this identity can be wired into our brains, it can also be RE-WIRED.  This week's podcast "Creating a New Identity of Health" is all about letting go of the beliefs, thoughts and  "programs" we unconciously absorb around food, body and health and stepping into a new way of seeing ourselves.
