We discuss Cam Wurf signing with Team Ineos and the changes to regulations around running shoes.  We then present our 2020 endurance sports predictions. Who will win Kona, what upsets will we see in Tokyo, will there be a 'real' sub 2-hour marathon, will Lionel Sanders remember to drink water in Kona? We speculate on all of the things we want to see happen in 2020 and actually have a fair few disagreements.
