Women showed up big time for Biden in the 2020 election (particularly women of color)! In celebration of that fact, we watched 4 female-centric movies that all depressed us a bit but then pumped us way back up! Who run the world? GIRLS! Oh and we also watched a Thanksgiving-themed new release that was a bit of a dumpster fire. Happy Thanksgiving everyone? IN THEATERS AKA YOUR LIVING ROOM Friendsgiving - Wayyyyy too much going on. You can skip this one. THEME MOVIES Set it Off - Much darker than expected but fantastic and moving. Erin Brockovich - Super holds up! Give this one a rewatch. Whale Rider - Sad and quiet but very sweet and heartwarming. Queen of Katwe - The weakest of these 4 but still pretty good!
