Everybody Matters

In 2008-2009, our businesses faced significant challenges in an economic downturn. It was completely different than the situation companies are facing today, but the moral of the story is how we responded to a time of crisis. We asked ourselves: How would a caring family respond? When your culture is that of a caring family, everyone pulls together in a crisis. Culture is who you are on your worst days. As our CEO, Bob Chapman, says, "Who you are is shown in tough times, not good times." This episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast tells the story of how we dealt with a time of crisis and came out of it stronger. Hopefully, it can be an inspiration through a time of uncertainty to leaders who are struggling in making their own decisions right now.
