Most of us know someone with Diabetes and some of us may know someone on dialysis or with diabetic amputations. How did this once rare disease get so out of control? And can we reverse this trend? If we are going to take an honest look at this terrible disease, I think we first need to be comfortable talking about the symptoms of diabetes and the complications that can occur...
