When consider a job or career change, people often very definite ideas on the Industry they want to join. I want to work in the Hotel Industry.  I'd like a career in the Spa Industry. Yet, when you quiz them on what job they want to have within that industry, they're not so clear. That's a risky approach to take. If you're not loving the specific job that you're doing, day in, day out, it will be really difficult to enjoy being in your chosen industry.
