Our next guest has had quite a season in 2019. It's Team Penske driver Josef Newgarden, who has led the NTT IndyCar Series standings for all but one race since the beginning of the season. Newgarden has been able to use a solid first half of the season as he prepares to close out the championship in the second half of 2019.
