Wrap up: Matthew started on eBay in High School with books, making 700% profit margin sometimes and learning how to handle customer complaints. He leveraged all these good feedbacks and reviews when launching Wine Stash. He saw an opportunity while working in his family's bottle shop. Customers were asking for wine racks and they couldn't find any at a good price. After careful research, he took a risk and ordered a full container of wine racks!
