I read Inspired: How To Create Products Customers Love by Marty Cagan a number of years ago, and was really interested in the distinction between product delivery and discovery. While Agile methods are helpful for product delivery, Cagan provides a guide for discovery. In January of this year, I attended one of Marty's workshops in San Fransisco.
