Kirk Wayman is the founder of IKON Coaching which uses a powerful coaching framework to launch people’s success. He has spent thousands of hours working with entrepreneurs helping them overcome obstacles and successfully improve business cultures. After 15 years in business and nonprofit management, Kirk made the decision to attend graduate school so he could focus on the development of the IKON Coaching framework. During these years he created a highly relational leadership approach designed for the next generation of executives determined to create value in their world.Kirk holds a Business Management degree and completed his graduate work in Leadership.
