Judy suffered from a 15 year-battle with bulimia, severe bouts of depression, and a constant feeling like she had a big purpose for being on this planet that she wasn't yet living into.   Then, she shed the shackles of who she thought she had to be, stopped seeking external approval, broke away from the traditional family dynamic, and embarked on all sorts of magnificent adventures.   Judy went from six-figure corporate success to become a yoga teacher and Reiki Master.   Her world moved from high heels to bare feet and she loved it. She became a travel writer, learned how to surf, and leaped into her biggest dream of moving to Kauai on Hawaii — that's when she launched into a whole new paradigm of being and believing in magic.   By showing up authentically, you create a better world for our children to grow up in, and she especially wants this for my daughter, Wilder.   Be brave.
