Life Is A Sport

I am going to share with you a very personal message that I created for my 11 year old son who is going to his provincial basketball championships this weekend. Usually we travel as a family but this weekend my older son also has four games, and since my husband coaches both teams and he can’t be in two places at once I am staying home to coach my older son. I often get calls from parents about how to craft a conversation to their child about different sport situations. This is the audio message that I am sending to my son to kick off his tournament.
