Success on a team is a choice. The choice to buy in or not buy in. Teach your athlete how to find out what buy-in looks like on their team. Show them how to practice mastering buy in, in sport now so when they go out into the working world they will be able to buy in to the team culture of whatever team they are on so they can achieve success on and off the court!
