Hola y bienvenidos a la 7th episode of the La Voix du LILA – Burbank podcast! In this week's episode Lincoln opens the show with a recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month and to the many LILA familias who are a part of our community. We also hear from Paulina D'Souza and Lara Lange who are both 12th graders and are our current leaders of the Peer Mentoring program at LILA Burbank. The passion about their work and what the program offers is hard to deny. We were excited to have them in the studio to help us better understand how incredibly supportive our older students can be for the 6th-9th graders. This program is another example of the unique learning experience we have at LILA.
