Jason and Keith discuss the real estate market, how Keith got interested in this industry, and his amazing website SLO County Homes. Keith's interest in the real estate market was spurred when he began his own search for a home. He decided that he wanted to be able to help people understand the sometimes confusing industry and how to read and predict and the market. Jason refers to Byrd as the "data king" but its hardly an exaggeration.
