Hebrews 8 continues to build on the implications of Jesus being a priest king like Melchizedek. The point is that now he sits on his throne in his glory in the heavenly sanctuary, and he has an ongoing ministry to the world to give people new hearts, forgive them of their sins, and create in them knowledge with God. This sermon will explore why the new covenant is superior to the old, and what it means for us today to have new hearts.
