#76 starts with the announcement of some pretty exciting news for us. We're sort of on fire (FUEGO) right now! After the announcement we get right into the episode. We kick around some Allagash related topics, get on the subject of the Grateful Dead and we were "off to the races." Rob Tod, the owner of Allagash, hangs with us about halfway through the episode and talks about his journey from part time keg washer at Otter Creek Brewing in the mid 90's to the owner of one of the most beloved breweries in the country. Rob is also a Dead Head and we get to the bottom of that too! Jared from Allagash prepared a beautiful cheese pairing for the beautiful Allagash beers we drank with Rob Tod, and he guides us though that. We're very proud of this episode and we're super grateful to Rob Tod and Allagash and The Pour House for putting up with our shenanigans on a Monday night!
