Episode #81 takes our traveling circus to Atco Brewing Co. in Atco NJ. For those unfamiliar with Atco, it sits exactly 1/3 of the way between Philadelphia and Ocean City NJ. Grabbing cans and crowlers for the beach on the way to the shore is definitely a brilliant plan. Dan Hoover, one of the owners of Atco Brewing, sits in to enlighten us on his beers, his location, and future plans for the business which may include a firehouse, he explains it in the episode. Our good friend Chef Todd Bannan swings in with some outrageously good homebrew and an easy candied bacon recipe, and our friend Andy hangs out to give a young man's perspective on the whole situation.
