Our last episode of 2018 finds us sitting with our friends Ryan Horner and Rob Holmes from Dogfish Head Brewing. Dogfish is releasing a beer near and dear to our hearts in January and we wanted to make sure we had this out in time to let everyone know exactly what it is. Dogfish American Beauty is a Grateful Dead inspired American Pale Ale brewed with honey and granola that was originally released a few years back in large format bottles to commemorate GD50. Starting in January Dogfish American Beauty will be released in 6pk 12oz bottles and will be available ALL YEAR LONG! Also look for 19.2oz cans at venues this summer on Dead and Co. tour. We also discuss kids in bars vs kids in breweries, as well as a Dogfish beer being created for the anniversary of the Kodak Super 8 camera. We bust out some Stone dark chocolate to pair with a Stone Xocovaza, a Dogfish Higher Math, and a Dogfish Fort, we try to define what “extreme beer” is 2018, and we talk about Dogfish’s “Seek the Seal” campaign for 2019..
