Doctor Who: The Web Of Queer

On this episode of The Web of Queer it’s the 10th anniversary of modern Doctor Who, and we celebrate by watching the 10th anniversary special! Since they didn't make a new one, it’s the classic story The Three Doctors, paired with our thoughts about what 10 years of New Who has given us personally and given to queer fandom in general.   In our The Three Doctors review, we give the Brig another go, discuss the three Doctors' dynamic, and think Omega needs an interior decorator. What does this next step in Timelord society tell us? And do specials really need a plot?   We then take a moment and reflect on what we have taken from the last ten years of Who and on what it has given to both general Who fandom and to the queer community. Friendship, representation on and off screen, and a mix bag of squishiness all reside within.
