Time For Your Hobby

(Iszi - Japanese Jujutsu)   In this episode, I had the honour to have Iszi as my guest. She shared with me her interest in Japanese Jujutsu as her hobby.   Quick! Off the top of your head, what is the difference between Japanese Jujutsu and Brazilian Jujutsu. Don’t know the answer, well I guess you will have to listen to this episode where Iski goes into great detail to explain the differences and how Japanese Jujutsu played a significant role in her life. She also mentions in the episode that when it comes to protecting yourself there’s no such thing as a cheap shot. Use whatever you have to protect yourself.
