Time For Your Hobby

(Slavicka - Hula Hoop Dancing)   In this episode, I had the honour to have Slavicka as my guest. She shared with me her interest in hula hoop dancing as her hobby.   Hula hoops may seem like a simple circle at first but it has the capability to get your body moving. For Slaicka, she enjoys combining hula hooping with dancing because it allows her to get a full-body workout and also groove to some awesome tunes. One of Slvicka’s biggest challenges with hula hooping was to work on her patience and trying to master a move right away.
