When you feel like everything you have has been taken away, it's a beautiful time to lean into gratitude. This weekend I started a daily gratitude practice and it's giving me peace and calm during this unknown time. Focusing on what we do have versus what we don't is such a wonderful way to calm our minds and lighten our spirits. As we move into our second month of quarantine, I'm sending you all so much love.
