Today with us we have Pobo Efekoro- 5 time All American, ACC Champion, ranked top 10 on UVA’s All-Time lists in every throwing event Indoor and outdoor (except javelin). He’s the strongest man in almost every weight room he walks in and always lights up the room. Competed internationally multiple times, is a chest guru; smart, humble, and just all around awesome guy.
