You must have heard or read something about memory and hacks to improve your memory. After seeing someone memorise large lists effortlessly you may try their techniques only to find that it does require more effort than you thought.  There are two options: be flooded by information on how to master your memory or spend a few minutes listening to the show, then the same time practicing and you will be infinitely better off.
