**Warning** #Crossfit RANT! If I had a WOD of cash for every time someone asked me what I thought about #Crossfit I would be a zillionaire brah! Before you get your knee high socks in a knot. I would never post my opinion on such a controversial topic without doing my homework first. I always say you can’t have an opinion till you have looked at both sides of the equation. So I spent a week completely immersed in the crossfit culture. I went to my local crossfit gym, watched Youtube videos of the regional & national competitions and trained with my shirt off while I listened to Skrillex.
