Why Job Descriptions don't mean anything and what you can do about it: Daily DANDAN Ep 17

Informações:

Synopsis

So many candidates believe what job descriptions say, therefore they feel either really confident or unqualified for the job. I'm here to tell you, as an ex-headhunter, as a current hiring manager, DON'T RELY on job descriptions for anything. They are just an advertisement for the general type of individual they're seeking. You must interview the company, the manager, and investigate the product to find out if the job opportunity is a fit. PLEASE don't say no to yourself based on what the job description reads or how you feel about it. The worst that can come out of evaluating a "reach" job or a "job you're too good for" would be to make a new friend in the industry. So give it a shot!
