I thought succeeding in entrepreneurship is the same as what I had to do as a headhunter. The reality is: it's a true wild west and you're noone when you start the journey of entrepreneurship. The world doesn't care who you were in your previous life, all the amazing things you've done. When you become an entrepreneur, it's time to start over. Re-program your brain, your life, how you think, otherwise prepare for a rough ride. I learned so much this first year and I am pumped for what's to come!
