I hate saying what I say in this podcast article. But it's the truth. It's also based on the real world. What I saw as a female professional motivated me to quickly leave the corporate world as soon as possible to start my own business so that I wouldn't have to put up with people, systems, and attitudes that would stymie my growth, achievements, and success.
